What to include

• Your macOS version (Apple menu → About This Mac).
• What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.
• For a problem with a particular image, its format and, if you can share it, the file itself.

Purchases and refunds

Pro is bought through the App Store. To get it back on a new Mac, open Settings → Squeezels Pro → Restore Purchases. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
